Terms & Conditions

Scope

These terms apply to software licenses, SaaS access, digital products, tools, and IT services provided by Net Force.

Accounts & Eligibility

• Provide accurate information and secure your credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Licensing & Use

• Software/SaaS is licensed, not sold; no reverse engineering or resale.
• Comply with Pakistani law and applicable export controls.

Fees & Billing

• Prices in PKR unless stated; taxes may apply.
• Prepaid unless a written order says otherwise; late payments may trigger suspension.

Service Levels

Standard support during business hours (PKT). SLAs apply only if agreed in writing.

Acceptable Use

No malware, spam, unauthorized access, scraping beyond published APIs, or IP infringement.

Intellectual Property

Net Force and licensors retain all IP. You retain IP in your data/content.

Customer Data

You grant a limited license to use your data to provide services. You are responsible for lawful data provision and backups unless a managed backup service is contracted.

Third-Party Services

Some features rely on third parties; their terms may apply.

Warranties

Services are provided “as is” to the maximum extent allowed by law; no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted, liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 3 months; no indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

• Either party may terminate for breach with 30 days’ notice if uncured; immediate termination for unlawful use.
• Upon termination, access ends and you must stop using licensed software; refunds only as required by law or under the Refund Policy.

Changes

We may update terms with notice; continued use after notice means acceptance.

Governing Law & Disputes

Laws of Pakistan; exclusive jurisdiction of Lahore courts.
