Refund & Return Policy

Applies to software licenses, SaaS access, digital goods, tools, and IT services.

Digital Products & SaaS

Generally non-refundable once delivered/activated, unless required by law or if the product is materially defective and cannot be remedied in a reasonable time.

One-Time Software Licenses

Refunds only for verified technical defects reported within 7 days of purchase, and only if we cannot resolve after reasonable assistance.

Services

Fees for completed service milestones are non-refundable. Prepaid unused service blocks may be refunded pro rata if we fail to perform and cannot cure.

How to Request
  • Email support with order ID, product/service name, purchase date, and issue description.
  • We may request logs or reproduction steps for technical issues.
Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Currency/FX differences and payment gateway fees may be non-refundable.

Exclusions
  • Custom development and consulting already performed.
  • Change-of-mind or incompatibility with unsupported environments.
  • Issues caused by third-party changes outside our control.
